Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required before design work begins. This deposit will be used towards your final cost. Final cost will be due before delivery.

Yes — as long as the material is suitable for burning. I’ll confirm once I review your request.

Our hats have an adjustable band. Refer to our sizing guide for simple measuring instructions.

Yes — most hats include an adjustable inner band for a more customized fit.

Burn detailing works best on wool,  felt, leather, and select suede materials. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help guide you.

No. The design is permanently burned into the material and will not peel or wash away.

No,  all Burnt & Bloomed hats are treated with an all-elements protective spray to help guard against everyday wear and the elements. If your hat is worn regularly, a light respray after about a year is recommended to maintain protection and longevity.

Yes,  bridal hats, groom hats, and coordinated pieces are available.

All transactions are secure and encrypted. We never store your full credit card information.

Due to the custom nature of our hats, all custom pieces are final sale.
